Background
I arrived Auraxis all the way back when it was a beta colonization attempt. Then the wormhole collapsed and I joined the Vanu faction in september 2012 with the first wave of recruits.
WIthin the chaos, we formed DWG in Miller (Deathwatch Gaming) .. We were at our height dare i say the most organized tactical outfit specializing in infantry and incursion tactics.
I was the lead pilot and leader of the air squadron. Often flying a scythe for all kinds of goals (Scouting, recon, infiltration, beacon deployment, killing, defending, annoying, roadkilling) ... I was also the primary Galaxy pilot. You tell me to get to B from A and I will get that 11 soldiers there guaranteed.
Towards 2014, we had quite a bit shakedown in war and DWG essentially was eliminated as organization.
I as a pilot with no place to land decided to check out new outfits, I been in few outfits before before I found EDIM in early 2018.
Currently ranking as a lieutenant, I am still flying quite often, my normal activities include squad leading and platoon leading. As Infantry, I dent to be a combat medic or an engineer.

Phew, I wasn't the one mentioning it 
- but I agree. Keep them definitely inside and use their TAG with pride like earlier and don't wipe them from descriptions but the open recruitment sadly failed when Whitebeard wasn't able to rejoin DWG after the Outfit Bug kicked him...
